Blueflame’s Terms of Service
By agreeing to these Terms, you have the full right to commission me or buy any of my works. Please know that when commissioning, extra fees could be possible.
{Commissions}
•You may not claim my art as your own•
•I have the right to post the finished work. I will only lay claim to the art, not your character•
•In the sketching phase, you may ask for changes. I will gladly change whatever you would like, but once you “okay” a part of the drawing, I will not change it again. Lining is especially set in stone•
•I have the right to ask for a character change or refuse you service•
•I must be given a clear, non shaded reference sheet in order to draw your character. The only type of commission that does not apply to this rule is customs•
•Do not remove my signature•
•Payment must be given after I have shown you the final sketch•
•Payment through PAYPAL ONLY!•
•BEFORE COMMISSIONING, BE 100% SURE YOU WANT TO GO THROUGH WITH THE COMMISSION. It is HIGHLY frustrating when I am expecting money and someone just cancels.•
•The password is “F-777.” Please include it in your message so I can know you’ve read these!•

{Adopts/Customs}
•You may not take credit, or credit someone else, for one of my designs•
•My designs are very complex. If you would like for me to make a simpler design, tell me up front. I will not simplify the design once I have completed the artwork•
•If ordering a custom here are accepted forms of reference: color pallette, moodboard, description, inspo images. I DO NOT WORK OFF OF OTHER DESIGNS.•
•Payment for adopts must be sent within 24 hours of claiming or winning an auction•
•YOU MAY NOT SELL THE CUSTOM/ADOPT FOR HIGHER THAN ITS ORIGINAL PRICE (if no art added.) It does not matter if they “mean more” to you, sell them for THE SAME PRICE•
•DO NOT SELL OFF OF TOYHOUSE!•
•This password is “EnV.” Please include it in your message so I can know you’ve read these!•

{Trading}
•You may not take a time period longer than 6 months to complete artwork for a character/adopt I am trading you. If this happens and you have not notified me beforehand, the trade will be cancelled and the character up for grabs again.
•Be respectful.

{Possible Fees}
•Complete redesign of a custom, if not satisfied with the original design. This only applies if you did not give me clear instructions on how you wanted the character designed. $10 fee.•
•Change during the lining phase: if it is a small change, then you are allowed up to 5 small changes before I charge $5. If it is a large change, $2-$15 could be charged.•
